Burress signs four year deal

The Giants made a huge move on Thursday evening signing all star receiver Plaxico Burress to a six year deal. As a New York Giants fan I am very excited that our rookie quarterback will have a new number one receiver to throw too. I think that the Giants will be good in 2 or 3 years once they develop their offensive line. • I completely agree...the Giants will have a better year next season, but will continue to develop and mesh as a team within the next 2-4 seasons. As these new young and upcoming stars begin to adjust to the NFL the Giants should clearly have a top team in the East

  • I don't know if you have exactly checked out Buress, but your 2-3 plan will put him at 30 or 31 years old being one of the oldest players are your team. Plaxico has maybe 2 good solid years left in .... maybe. He certainly doesn't have time to wait around for baby boy Eli to come around to the reality that he should have just stayed on the Chargers. Plaxico will join fellow WR Armani Toomer as the "over the hill" wide receiving duo in the league. Maybe you should make it like a 10 year plan.
